MEP Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are looking for an **experienced MEP Supervisor – Construction** to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. The ideal candidate must have **strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in the construction field**, with the ability to manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and other trades, and ensure MEP works are completed safely, correctly, and according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily MEP construction activities on site. * Coordinate and monitor **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related MEP works**. * Ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. * Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and site productivity. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship. * Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework. * Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and HSE procedures. * Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities. * Prepare daily progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager regarding site progress and technical issues. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Strong knowledge and experience in the construction field is a MUST.** * Minimum **4–6 years of relevant MEP supervision experience** in construction projects. * Experience in **building construction, villas, commercial buildings, or high\-rise projects** is preferred. * Good knowledge of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems**. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical documents. * Strong site supervision, leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively. * Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is highly preferred.** * Bahrain/GCC construction experience is an advantage. * Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license is an advantage.
