Media Sales Coordinator

Job Description : Job Title: Media Sales Coordinator-OOH Media Advertising(OOH) Salary Plus Other Benefit As Per UAE Law Job Role: We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Media Sales Coordinator to support our media sales team in managing client accounts, coordinating advertising campaigns, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate daily media sales activities and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, media plans, presentations, and advertising packages. • Manage advertising bookings, insertion orders, contracts, and campaign schedules. • Communicate with clients, advertising agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination. • Maintain client databases, sales records, and advertising documentation. • Follow up on client enquiries, pending proposals, bookings, and renewals. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel. • Monitor advertising campaign deadlines and coordinate with relevant departments for timely execution. • Assist the sales team with invoicing coordination, payment follow-ups, and account documentation. • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. Knowledge of CRM-Like Odoo software and advertising platforms is an advantage. Accounts Experience will be add advantage.
