Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Lead marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. • Develop strategies to promote flour and related products across B2B and B2C markets. • Manage branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities. • Work closely with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support revenue growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. • Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI. • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental targets. • Identify market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the company's competitive position. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing leadership role. • Flour milling industry experience is mandatory or F&B. • Previous UAE work experience is a must. • Strong understanding of the UAE flour, food manufacturing, and FMCG markets. • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies. • Experience in B2B marketing, brand management, market positioning, and business development. • Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement. • Experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities. • Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Candidates must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE. • Salary Budget: Maximum AED 20,000 per month. • Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
