Marketing & Growth Executive – Network & Infrastructure

Role: Marketing & Growth Executive – Network & Infrastructure • Identify and approach #corporateclients, contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies across Dubai. • Generate qualified leads and develop a strong B2B sales pipeline. • Promote IT infrastructure, networking, structured cabling, and ICT solutions (Information and Communication Technology). • Identify tender opportunities, project requirements, and potential business partnerships. • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. • Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and pipeline updates. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, B2B sales, or business development in Dubai. • Existing corporate client connections in the UAE are highly preferred. • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel for client visits. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Compensation Structure Fixed monthly salary, based on experience and suitability. Commission on successfully secured business, as per the company’s approved commission policy. Additional performance bonus upon achieving agreed sales targets. Performance expectations: Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, project conversion, and revenue growth.
