Marble Bridge cutting Operator

We are looking for an experienced Bridge Machine operator with hands-on experience in the marble and natural stone industry to operate CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, profiling, and finishing marble, granite, and other stone materials according to approved drawings and project specifications. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of CNC machine operations, stone fabrication, technical drawings, and production quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor CNC machines used for cutting, shaping, profiling, engraving, and machining marble, granite, and other natural stones. • Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine parameters according to job requirements. • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD drawings, shop drawings, and cutting layouts. • Execute CNC machining jobs accurately according to project dimensions and specifications. • Work with CNC programming files and machine software to execute production jobs. • Check material dimensions, cutting accuracy, edge profiles, and finished product quality. • Identify machine errors, tooling issues, and production defects, and report them to the supervisor. • Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. • Minimise material wastage through efficient cutting and nesting practices. • Coordinate with factory supervisors, production teams, and quality control personnel to meet production schedules. • Follow all workshop safety procedures when handling machinery, tools, and heavy stone materials. • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on CNC/Bridge Machine operating experience in the marble, granite, or natural stone industry. • Experience operating CNC bridge saws, 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines, or stone profiling machines is preferred. • Knowledge of marble cutting, edge profiling, polishing, drilling, and shaping operations. • Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements and dimensions. • Familiarity with CNC machine software and CAD/CAM files. • Knowledge of stone materials, tooling, cutting speeds, and machining parameters. • Ability to identify production defects and maintain quality standards. • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. • Willingness to work in a factory or workshop environment.
