CNC Milling Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor 4-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions. • Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements. • Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality. • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues. • Follow workshop safety procedures and production schedules. • Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator. • Hands-on experience with 4-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines. • Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments. • Knowledge of machining tools, cutting parameters, and quality standards. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
