Manager Cost Controlling

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of professional experience in Cost Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, Performance Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in automotive industry or industrial products. • Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments. • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach. • Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage • Willingness to travel if required by client engagements •
