Job description

5 axis VMC Operator 1. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in 5-axis VMC 2. 5-Axis VMC machine operation 3. Rotary axis / 5-axis coordinate system knowledge 4. Tool selection, tool setting and tool measurement 5. Engineering drawing reading 6. Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge. 7. Programming knowledge of 5 axis VMC. Mazak Integrex Machine Operator Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Integrex Machine. 2. INTEGREX multi-tasking machine operation 3. CNC turning and milling operations 4. Engineering drawing reading 5. Tool selection and tool setting 6. C-axis and Y-axis machining 7. Complex profile and multi-operation machining 8. Use of Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge 9. Programming knowledge of MAZAK INTEGREX
