Assistant Machine Operator

• Assist in setting up and calibrating machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output. • Monitor machine operations in real-time, promptly identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to prevent breakdowns. • Keep detailed records of machine performance data, maintenance schedules, and production metrics for analysis. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus. • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally 1-5 years in a similar role. • Certification in machine operation or safety protocols is highly desirable. • Hands-on experience with CNC machines, lathes, or similar equipment is preferred.
