Maintenance Engineer

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability. • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to ensure production continuity. • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational requirements and reduce disruption. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation. • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Certifications in maintenance management (such as CMRP or CMRT) that demonstrate commitment to professional development. • Proven experience with PLCs and automation systems, essential for troubleshooting and maintaining modern industrial equipment.
