Logistics & Tendering Officer

Position: Logistics & Tendering Officer Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and customs clearance. • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with relevant requirements and deadlines. • Monitor tender announcements and identify relevant business opportunities. • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. • Follow up on purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and delivery schedules. • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and tender submissions. • Ensure timely delivery of products and compliance with company procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in logistics and tendering is preferred. • Good knowledge of tender procedures and documentation. • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Good command of written and spoken English.
