Job description

This on-site, contract Legal Counsel position, based in the United Arab Emirates, is a mid-level in-house role reporting to the Head of Legal and is ideally suited to a commercially minded lawyer with 5 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 5 years of UAE in-house or law firm exposure. The successful candidate will provide broad legal support across commercial, technology, corporate, M&A, disputes, data privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity, and compliance matters, acting as a trusted advisor to diverse business functions such as Sales, Procurement, Projects, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT.
