As a Leasing Consultant at PRYPCO, you ll take ownership of a specialist community, becoming the go-to expert for landlords and tenants in your area. From winning new listings and generating leads to negotiating offers and closing deals, you ll manage the entire leasing process while building a portfolio that grows with you. And you won t be starting from scratch. You ll have access to available properties within PRYPCO s existing Property Management portfolio, giving you the opportunity to work on live inventory from day one while developing your own landlord relationships and generating new business. What You ll Do Lease and grow your portfolio • Lease available and upcoming properties within PRYPCO s Property Management portfolio. • Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to identify vacancies and convert them into successful tenancies. • Proactively prospect landlords, win new listings and expand your personal portfolio. • Take ownership of your pipeline and consistently generate new business opportunities. Become the expert in your community • Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist area, including rental values, market trends, tenant demand and competing inventory. • Advise landlords on pricing strategies and market conditions to maximise rental potential. • Build a strong local presence and position yourself as a trusted leasing expert. Turn opportunities into transactions • Generate, qualify and manage landlord and tenant leads. • Respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and guide prospective tenants through the rental process. • Negotiate offers, manage expectations and overcome objections to secure deals. • Manage transactions from the initial enquiry through to signed tenancy agreements. Build relationships that drive long-term success • Establish strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key market contacts. • Deliver an excellent client experience to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term partnerships. • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep your pipeline organised. • Build a reputation that supports sustainable growth in your market.
