Lead Rigging / APLO

• Lead and supervise rigging crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines for complex lifting operations. • Develop and implement detailed rigging plans, including load calculations, equipment selection, and lift procedures for critical lifts. • Conduct thorough pre-lift inspections and risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies. • Oversee the certification and maintenance of all rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in heavy industrial rigging and aerial platform operations. • Certified Rigging Inspector (CRI) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. • Proven experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary rigging teams on large-scale projects. • In-depth knowledge of load charts, rigging hardware, and lifting techniques for diverse industrial applications. • LEEA Certification is Mandatory
