Lead Planning Engineer-Shut Down

· Shutdown planning & execution · Integrated Level 1 to Level 4 schedules · Critical Path Analysis (CPA) · Resource loading & levelling · Progress measurement & reporting · Manpower histograms & productivity analysis · Risk & delay analysis · Cost-loaded schedules & earned value tracking · Ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, inspection, construction & contractor teams · Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, reporting standards & shutdown governance processes · Strong communication & stakeholder management skills · Develop & maintain detailed shutdown schedules in Primavera P6 · Monitor progress against baseline schedules · Identify critical activities & recovery opportunities · Prepare daily, weekly & management reports · Coordinate planning interfaces between disciplines & contractors · Support shutdown readiness reviews & execution monitoring · Conduct schedule risk assessments & provide mitigation measures · Provide management with schedule forecasts and performance analysis preferred · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering · 10-15 years of planning & scheduling experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical or EPC projects · Minimum 5 years of proven experience in ADNOC refinery shutdown / turnaround projects · Expert knowledge of primavera P6
