Planning Manager

• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and detailed work programs using Primavera P6. • Oversee planning and progress monitoring for civil, structural, and infrastructure works. • Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution. • Monitor project progress, identify delays, conduct critical path analysis, and recommend recovery plans. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and resource histograms. • Review subcontractor schedules, manpower deployment, and productivity reports. • Ensure planning activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, and ADNOC standards. • Identify potential schedule risks and implement mitigation measures. • Lead planning engineers and coordinators to achieve project milestones and deadlines. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in oil and gas, civil construction, and infrastructure projects. • Valid ADNOC approval is mandatory. • Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project controls. • Proven experience in infrastructure works, utilities, roads, drainage, earthworks, foundations, and associated civil construction activities. • Excellent knowledge of baseline scheduling, critical path analysis, EOT claims, and delay analysis. • Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills. • UAE project experience is preferred.
