Land Surveyor

• Conduct land and site surveys for construction projects. • Carry out setting out, leveling, alignment, and elevation works. • Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks . • Conduct surveys for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, and other construction works. • Check and verify dimensions, coordinates, levels, and elevations as per approved drawings. • Prepare and maintain survey reports, measurements, and records . • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and other project teams. • Monitor construction activities to ensure proper alignment and levels. • Perform as-built surveys and assist with as-built drawings and documentation . • Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments . • Mandatory: 2–6 years of GCC experience in the construction field. • Previous experience as a Land Surveyor on construction projects is required. • Strong knowledge of surveying, setting out, leveling, and construction drawings . • Proficiency in using Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS . • Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings . • Good coordination and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. • GCC construction experience is mandatory.
