Land Surveyor

• Conduct land and construction surveys using a total station, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment. • Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, alignments, and reference points. • Carry out setting-out works for construction activities, including buildings, roads, structures, and other site works. • Perform topographical and as-built surveys. • Check dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and site conditions against approved drawings. • Prepare daily and periodic survey reports using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, calculations, and drawings. • Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Construction Team, and other project personnel. • Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings. • Ensure surveying activities are carried out accurately and in accordance with project requirements and standards. • Properly maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment. • A bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor, • preferably in construction or infrastructure projects. • Good practical knowledge of Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment. • Good understanding of surveying principles, setting-out, levels, coordinates, and construction drawings. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word, for preparing reports and maintaining records. • Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings. • Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a site team. • Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. • Must be available to join within 15 - 30 days.
