**Job Title:** Ladies Tailor (Fashion Industry Experience Required) **Location:** Sharjah **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Working Days:** 6 days a week **Shifts:** 2 shifts per day (Split or Rotational, as per schedule) **Visa:** Must have visa **Nationality Preferred:** Any **Language Requirements:** Basic English and Arabic **Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years in the fashion industry **Job Summary:** We are currently hiring a **highly skilled and experienced Ladies Tailor** to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in women’s garment tailoring, including modern and traditional styles. This is a full\-time role requiring commitment, precision, and a strong understanding of current fashion trends. **Key Responsibilities:** * Stitch and alter women’s garments such as dresses, blouses, abayas, skirts, trousers, and suits to high standards. * Take accurate measurements and ensure perfect fitting with minimal alterations. * Read and interpret design sketches, patterns, or client instructions. * Work closely with designers and clients to deliver custom\-tailored garments. * Suggest appropriate fabrics, trims, and styles based on client preferences. * Ensure high\-quality finishing and neatness of all tailored items. * Keep work area clean and maintain sewing equipment in good condition. * Stay updated with fashion trends, fabric knowledge, and tailoring techniques. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of professional experience** in tailoring women's garments. * Must have your own Visa. * Basic **English and Arabic** speaking skills to communicate with clients and team. * Expertise in both modern and traditional tailoring styles. * Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders on tight deadlines. * Must be punctual, reliable, and team\-oriented. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to work in a reputable fashion environment. * Supportive team and professional work culture. * Stable, long\-term employment for the right candidate. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply with their updated CV, portfolio (if available), and references.
