The ideal candidate is passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and creating exceptional couture garments. If you have extensive experience in bridal gowns, evening dresses, and bespoke couture, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Construct haute couture garments from designer sketches and patterns. * Perform precise fabric cutting, stitching, draping, and garment assembly. * Execute hand\-finishing techniques with exceptional attention to detail. * Work with luxury fabrics including silk, satin, organza, tulle, chiffon, lace, crepe, and velvet. * Conduct fittings and alterations to achieve a flawless fit. * Collaborate closely with the Fashion Designer and Product Development team. * Ensure every garment meets the highest couture quality standards. * Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of experience** in Haute Couture, Bridal, or Luxury Evening Wear. * Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern interpretation, and couture sewing techniques. * Excellent knowledge of draping, corsetry, and couture finishing. * Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines. * High attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. * Previous UAE fashion house experience is an advantage.
