Master Cutter - Ladies Dresses & Evening Gowns (UAE Experience)

Key Responsibilities • Take accurate customer measurements. • Create patterns for custom-made garments. • Mark and cut fabrics with precision while minimizing wastage. • Conduct fittings and make pattern adjustments. • Work with chiffon, satin, silk, organza, tulle, crepe, lace, and embellished fabrics. • Guide tailors during garment construction. • Ensure every garment meets luxury boutique quality standards. • Handle custom orders from measurement to final fitting. • Maintain consistency in sizing and garment quality. Language Requirements • Basic Arabic communication. • Good English communication. Preferred • Experience working in luxury boutiques or designer fashion houses. • Ability to supervise tailors and manage fittings. • Strong customer interaction skills. • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Master Cutter. • Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction. • Experience with couture, luxury dresses, evening gowns, and bridal wear. • Excellent understanding of fabric behavior and cutting techniques. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail.
