L2 Cloud Engineer/Consultant

This role involves deploying, configuring, and managing Azure and AWS cloud environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security components. The engineer will provide L2 support and implementation, troubleshoot cloud-related incidents, and collaborate with support teams and project managers. The position also includes managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Deploy, configure, and manage Azure and AWS cloud environments including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security components. Provision, configure, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs and integrate with Microsoft Intune. Design, deploy, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop host pools, application groups, and workspaces. Serve as the primary L2 escalation point for cloud-related incidents and service requests. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. • Microsoft Azure skills including VMs, VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, Azure AD, ARM Templates, and Azure Monitor. • Amazon Web Services skills including EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation or Terraform. • Hands-on experience with Windows 365 provisioning and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture. • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Azure CLI / AWS CLI. • Understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice.
