Jr. Supply Chain Officer

• Manage, monitor, and resolve procurement and supply chain support tickets within agreed timelines. • Handle new vendor registrations and maintain accurate vendor master data in Oracle ERP. • Administer the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, including issuing, collecting, tracking, and coordinating supplier submissions. • Conduct and document periodic vendor appraisals and supplier performance evaluations. • Support vendor performance management and balanced scorecard activities. • Provide general procurement administration, documentation, record-keeping, and reporting support. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations. • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP , preferably in procurement and vendor management modules. • Experience in vendor registration, supplier pre-qualification (PQQ), and vendor performance appraisals. • Good communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • CIPS certification or an equivalent procurement qualification is an added advantage. • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
