Key requirements:
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and auditing an IT Service Management System (ITSMS).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, ITSM processes, and service governance.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 20000 gap assessments, implementation roadmaps, process documentation, and control frameworks.
• Experience in audit readiness, evidence management, non-conformity resolution, and corrective actions.
• Exposure to ITSM KPI/KRI frameworks, continual improvement, management reviews, and certification or surveillance audit support.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key certifications: ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor and ITIL 4 Foundation. Advanced ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or COBIT certifications are desirable.
