IT Support Specialist

To provide reliable and responsive technical support that ensures the availability, performance, and security of information technology systems and services. The role enables business continuity and operational efficiency by resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and support processes. Provide first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions that improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency Identify and recommend improvements to existing IT processes and systems, driving innovation within the department Mentor junior IT staff and participate in training sessions to enhance team capabilities Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS systems, networking, and troubleshooting applications Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset Cisco Certificate.
