This is not simply our job, it s our passion. About the Role As an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems across the resort. You will provide technical support to colleagues, maintain hardware and software infrastructure, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in implementing new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences. Working closely with various departments, you will help ensure that all IT services, networks, and applications remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. About You The ideal candidate is a proactive and service-oriented IT professional with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical support. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, remain calm under pressure, and are able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or hospitality technology environments is an advantage.
