IT Manager – Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s complete IT function, including enterprise applications, ERP/CRM systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead overall IT strategy, operations, governance, budgeting, and technology planning. • Manage ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications, including implementation, integration, upgrades, and support. • Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and endpoint management. • Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, risk management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance measures. • Manage IT teams, service desk operations, SLAs, vendors, contracts, and technology costs. • Drive digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure system availability, business continuity, operational efficiency, and alignment with business requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8–12+ years of progressive IT experience, including substantial IT management responsibilities. • Proven experience managing multiple IT functions, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations. • Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity management, and endpoint security. • Experience in IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, team leadership, IT service delivery, and disaster recovery. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: ITIL, Microsoft/Azure, cybersecurity, or ISO 27001 certifications. Ideal Candidate: A well-rounded IT leader with end-to-end ownership of enterprise IT operations, applications, infrastructure, and security—not someone limited to a single application, project delivery, or software development.
