Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure Manager

Manage and oversee information technology and computer systems, ensuring security measures are in place. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations with a focus on cybersecurity. Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity protocols. Ensure security and configuration of networks, servers, backups, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) applications. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Proactively identify and resolve IT and cybersecurity issues. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on cybersecurity. Proficiency in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security protocols. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
