IT Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities: • Oversee Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center environments. • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and support system availability, security, and business continuity. • Contribute to infrastructure modernization, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise architecture improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. • Evaluate infrastructure solutions and vendor proposals, prepare technical specifications and cost estimates, and provide recommendations for technology investments. • Maintain technical documentation, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with approved IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures. • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on implementing approved plans, procedures, and recommendations related to IT infrastructure. • Collect, analyze, and interpret infrastructure performance data to prepare reports and support informed decision- making. • Contribute to the design, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions in accordance with business requirements, technical standards, and industryu2019s best practices. • Conduct gap analysis between existing infrastructure capabilities and future business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions. • Apply established IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and operational requirements. • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, investigate issues, and recommend improvements to infrastructure performance and reliability. • Support business and technical data modeling activities to assess infrastructure requirements, identify potential risks, and contribute to technology-related decisions. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or server management. • Experience working in the FMCG industry, within a multi-site organization is mandatory. • Experience supporting IT infrastructure across head offices, branches, and manufacturing facilities. • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. • Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure administration. • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization. • Knowledge of IT security, system availability, and business continuity. • Ability to maintain technical documentation and comply with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures. •
