IT Infrastructure Lead

Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure Virtual Desktop. Manage servers, storage, virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and IIS. Manage firewalls, VPN, VLAN, switches, routers and enterprise networks. Support business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics and eFront. Manage Microsoft SQL Server and infrastructure performance. Handle IT security, patch management and system hardening. Plan and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities. Lead and support the IT Infrastructure and Support team. Manage IT vendors, ISP relationships, licensing and infrastructure procurement. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams and asset records. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems Administration / Network Engineering. 3+ years in a Team Lead or supervisory role. Mandatory Certifications CCNA Microsoft AZ-305 Microsoft AZ-500 CCNP is preferred.
