IT Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and experienced **IT Coordinator** to join our growing hospitality group in Qatar. This is a hands\-on role responsible for supporting and maintaining technology infrastructure across multiple restaurants and food \& beverage outlets. If you have experience managing hospitality systems, networks, POS, CCTV, and providing end\-user support, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain POS, ERP, and business management systems. * Support inventory, scheduling, and reporting platforms. * Maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity. * Monitor and manage CCTV systems. * Provide day\-to\-day IT support for hardware, software, printers, and user issues. * Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers. * Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and documentation. * Ensure data security, user access management, and system compliance. * Train users on company systems and applications. * Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Requirements * Minimum **3–5 years of IT support experience in Qatar**. * Hospitality, retail, or multi\-site experience is highly preferred. * Hands\-on experience with **POS, ERP, networking, CCTV, and Windows environments**. * Strong knowledge of LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, routing, and switching. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Experience coordinating with third\-party IT vendors. * Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
