Job description

Advise on the identification, selection, and management of International Real Estate investments Liaise on the process of underwriting, negotiating terms, and closing documentation for real estate investments Provide expertise for the preparation and sign-off of investment proposals, recommendations, and memos Liaise with external fund managers and partners Significant experience in real estate from either a fund or bank Experience of investing in developed markets First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time
