Associate Director - Capital Markets

The Senior Manager - Capital Markets position at JLL is a comprehensive role that combines technical financial expertise with client-facing responsibilities in commercial real estate transactions. Here's a breakdown of what this position entails: Key Responsibilities: Technical/Analytical Work: • Financial modeling and analysis for CRE transactions • Preparing information memorandums and marketing materials • Market research and intelligence gathering • Cash flow analysis and valuations Client Management: • Business development through networking and relationship building • Client needs assessment and proposal development • Managing transaction processes from origination to close • Regular client interactions including calls, meetings, and site visits Transaction Support: • Deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Asset Sales, Redevelopment) • Due diligence coordination • Supporting negotiations and deal execution • Target identification for transactions Travel Requirements: • 50%+ travel for deal activities, site visits, and client meetings This role offers excellent exposure to the full spectrum of CRE capital markets transactions and would be ideal for someone looking to advance their career in real estate investment banking or transaction advisory services. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education & Experience: • MBA Finance, CA, or CFA qualification • 3-7 years in investment banking or transaction services • Real estate and/or logistics/industrial sector experience preferred Core Skills: • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency • Strong financial modeling capabilities • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business development and networking abilities • Understanding of corporate law (beneficial)
