Investment Director **SMK Holdings** Kuwait City, Kuwait Sharq, Dar Al Awadi Complex **Salary: KWD 2,100 / month** Job Description SMK Holdings is seeking an experienced and strategic **Investment Director** to lead investment activities, identify new opportunities, and manage the company’s investment portfolio. The successful candidate will evaluate potential investments, develop investment strategies, and provide senior\-level recommendations to support long\-term financial growth. Responsibilities * Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with company objectives. * Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant markets and sectors. * Conduct financial, market, and risk analysis for prospective investments. * Lead due diligence processes and investment evaluations. * Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentations for senior management. * Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend portfolio adjustments. * Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and business partners. * Assess market trends, economic conditions, and emerging investment opportunities. * Negotiate investment terms and support transaction processes. * Establish and monitor investment performance metrics and risk controls. * Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. * Ensure investment activities follow applicable financial, legal, and internal governance requirements. * Lead and mentor investment and financial analysis teams. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. * Significant experience in investment management, private equity, corporate finance, asset management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation, portfolio management, and investment strategy. * Proven experience evaluating and executing investment transactions. * Excellent understanding of financial markets, business trends, and investment risks. * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. * Excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision\-making abilities. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple investment projects and priorities. * High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
