Strategic Investments Director **Company:** RMLTC **Location:** Ahmed Al Jaber Street, Sharq, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 2,650 per month** Job Summary RMLTC is seeking an experienced and commercially focused **Strategic Investments Director** to lead investment strategy, portfolio management, financial analysis, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will evaluate investment opportunities, manage relationships with financial and business partners, assess market trends and risks, and provide senior leadership with recommendations that support long\-term value creation. This role is ideal for a senior investment professional with strong expertise in corporate finance, portfolio strategy, valuation, and business development. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic investment plans aligned with the company's long\-term objectives. * Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential investment opportunities across relevant industries and markets. * Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments. * Monitor existing investment portfolios and evaluate financial and operational performance. * Develop investment recommendations, business cases, and presentations for executive management and investment committees. * Analyze market trends, economic conditions, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks. * Lead negotiations with investment partners, financial institutions, advisors, acquisition targets, and other stakeholders. * Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other corporate investment transactions. * Establish portfolio performance targets and develop strategies to improve returns and manage risk. * Oversee investment budgets, capital allocation, forecasts, and financial reporting. * Maintain strong relationships with banks, investment firms, advisors, corporate partners, and other financial stakeholders. * Monitor regulatory, economic, geopolitical, and market developments that may affect investment decisions. * Develop risk management and diversification strategies to protect and enhance investment value. * Lead and mentor investment professionals, analysts, and associates. * Prepare regular portfolio reviews, investment performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable. * Minimum of **10 years** of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a related field, including at least **4 years** in a senior leadership position. * Strong knowledge of financial modeling, company valuation, investment analysis, portfolio management, and transaction structuring. * Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage. * Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment risk management. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling platforms, and presentation tools. * Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
