Investment Analyst **Company:** Perroquet Ventures **Location:** Ibn Khaldun Street, Hawalli, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait **Monthly Salary:** KWD 1,700 / month Position Purpose Perroquet Ventures is hiring an Investment Analyst to support our venture capital and private equity deal execution teams. Operating from our Ibn Khaldun Street office in Hawalli, you will perform market research, evaluate early\-to\-growth stage companies, build financial valuation models, and assist in managing portfolio investments across the MENA region. Key Accountabilities * **Financial Modeling \& Valuation:** Build comprehensive DCF, LBO, and comparable company models to value potential venture investments and secondary transactions. * **Deal Pipeline \& Screening:** Source prospective deals, analyze pitch decks, perform initial screening calls, and maintain the firm’s investment pipeline database. * **Due Diligence Execution:** Conduct commercial, financial, and market due diligence; analyze company unit economics; and interview industry experts to validate investment theses. * **Investment Memoranda:** Draft detailed investment memos and presentation decks for presentation to the Investment Committee. * **Portfolio Monitoring:** Monitor portfolio company performance, analyze quarterly metrics, evaluate follow\-on financing rounds, and prepare updates for limited partners. Prerequisites \& Requirements * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic management consulting in the GCC. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or Engineering. CFA Level I or II progress is highly regarded. * **Technical Mastery:** Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Cap Table mechanics, pitch presentation design, and Excel/PowerPoint ecosystems. * **Market Knowledge:** Clear understanding of the MENA tech startup ecosystem, venture deal structures, and regional regulatory frameworks. * **Residency:** Must hold a valid, transferable Kuwait Civil ID (Article 18\).
