STRATO CREATIONS LLC is seeking a highly experienced and technically competent Estimation Engineer / Fit-Out Estimator with extensive knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out and turnkey contracting industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of current UAE market rates, a strong existing network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors, and the ability to independently prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable project quotations within tight deadlines.5 years uae experience mandatory. We are specifically looking for an estimator capable of completing quotations on the same working day upon receiving enquiries with complete project information, without unnecessary delays waiting for supplier quotations. Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations for complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects. • Handle estimation for gypsum partitions, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, tiling, painting, glass, aluminium, civil modifications, MEP works, and interior finishing. • Prepare accurate quotations on the same working day whenever complete drawings, specifications, and project details are available. • Independently calculate material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs using updated UAE market rates. • Maintain a strong database of suppliers, subcontractors, material prices, and labour rates to ensure quick and competitive pricing. • Obtain supplier quotations efficiently when required, without allowing unnecessary delays in estimation. • Review architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and tender documents. • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including overheads, contingencies, and profit margins. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials without compromising project quality. • Coordinate with the Sales Team, Project Manager, and Management to ensure timely quotation submission. • Handle multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining estimation accuracy. • Regularly update pricing databases according to current UAE market conditions. Mandatory Requirements • Proven UAE experience in interior fit-out and turnkey project estimation is mandatory. • Strong existing network of UAE-based suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. • Excellent knowledge of current UAE material prices, labour rates, installation costs, and subcontractor charges. • Ability to independently prepare accurate and competitive quotations without relying entirely on vendor pricing. • Demonstrated ability to complete estimations within strict deadlines, including same-day submissions. • Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation. • Excellent understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and project specifications. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. • Strong analytical, negotiation, time-management, and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a proactive, commercially knowledgeable, and technically strong estimator who: • Has hands-on experience estimating complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects in the UAE. • Already maintains direct relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors. • Understands UAE market pricing and can calculate realistic project costs confidently. • Can work independently and deliver accurate quotations quickly. • Understands project profitability and competitive tender pricing. • Can manage urgent enquiries without compromising estimation quality. Important Note Candidates must have direct UAE interior fit-out estimation experience. Experience limited to general construction or unrelated industries will not be sufficient. Strong supplier connections, independent pricing capability, estimation accuracy, and fast quotation turnaround are essential for this position.
