Fit out Estimation Engineer

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to accurately define project scope for interior fit-out works. • Quantify all required materials, labor, and equipment, translating design intent into measurable quantities for cost estimation. • Develop detailed cost breakdowns, including direct and indirect costs, overheads, and profit margins, ensuring competitive and profitable bids. • Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluating them for technical compliance and commercial viability. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field. • Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent are highly advantageous. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience specifically in fit-out estimation within the construction industry. • Extensive experience with various fit-out trades including MEP, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
