Inquiries Executive

Role Overview As an Inquiries Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective guests, promptly responding to a wide range of inquiries across phone, email and other communication platforms. Your focus will be on delivering accurate, engaging information and expertly assisting guests to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations. Responsibilities • Respond efficiently to guest inquiries received via phone, email, website channels, social media, and other platforms. • Provide clear details regarding property availability, rates, amenities, locations, check-in procedures, and booking policies. • Proactively convert qualified inquiries into confirmed reservations by supplying accurate information and timely follow-ups. • Understand guest requirements, preferences, and budgets to help recommend suitable holiday home options. • Manage and resolve inquiries and requests related to reservations, including new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests. • Maintain up-to-date records of inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with potential guests. Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, sales, hospitality, or holiday home management. • Experience handling customer inquiries and converting leads into bookings is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize inquiries, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and a customer oriented approach. • Candidates must currently be based in Dubai and available for an in person interview.
