Client Support Executive

• Manage owner communication and ensure timely responses to queries and requests. • Review upcoming owner stays and check-ins, ensuring access details and required guest documentation are in place. • Conduct welcome calls for new owners and explain onboarding procedures and payout timelines. • Monitor the support inbox, follow up on pending requests, and coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Maintenance, and Communications teams. • Track owner conversations, pending actions, approvals, and improvement requests in the Support Tracker. • Handle owner cancellation requests, review contractual terms, and explore retention opportunities. • Review and communicate maintenance quotations and improvement proposals to owners. • Assist with owner payout queries and escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams. • Minimum 3 years of experience in client support, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or property management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain professional owner relationships.
