Inquiries Executive

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, with the objective of converting leads into confirmed bookings. • Proactively engage with prospective guests and clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties and services based on their needs. • Demonstrate strong sales and persuasion skills to handle inquiries, overcome objections, negotiate where appropriate, and successfully close sales. • Follow up consistently with potential customers, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and relationship-building. • Provide accurate information on property availability, pricing, amenities, booking policies, and services to support informed purchasing decisions. • Identify sales opportunities, upsell additional services where appropriate, and maximise booking conversion rates and revenue. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, reservations, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, holiday homes, real estate, or travel. • Proven ability to convert sales inquiries into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. • A proactive, target-driven individual with a strong sales mindset and the confidence to close calls and turn potential leads into paying customers. • Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
