**Industrial Operations Manager** *Nouvelle Zone Industrielle \| Hawally (Block 8, Beirut Street)* *Annual Package: KWD 22,500* **Role Summary:** Nouvelle Zone Industrielle is seeking a hands\-on Industrial Operations Manager to oversee plant performance, streamline production workflows, and enforce strict safety and efficiency standards at our Hawally facility. This role is responsible for driving operational throughput, managing facility budgets, and leading cross\-functional manufacturing and maintenance teams. **Core Responsibilities:** * Direct daily plant operations, resource allocation, and floor production schedules to ensure operational targets and client deliverables are met consistently. * Establish, track, and optimize key operational metrics across throughput efficiency, equipment utilization, scrap reduction, and unit production costs. * Implement preventative maintenance programs and facility safety protocols in compliance with Kuwait’s industrial health and environmental regulations. * Supervise warehouse inventory flow, raw material procurement, and supply chain logistics to eliminate supply bottlenecks. * Lead, mentor, and evaluate shift supervisors, engineering technicians, and floor personnel to maintain high workforce productivity and accountability. **Target Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related discipline. * Strong track record of leadership in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy processing facility environment. * Deep practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence and continuous improvement frameworks. * Solid operational budgeting, facility oversight, and workforce management capabilities. * Currently based in Kuwait with immediate availability to work on\-site in Hawally. **Application:** Interested applicants are invited to forward an updated resume detailing relevant facility management and operational background. الراتب المدفوع: KWD٢٢٬٥٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
