Industrial Engineering Manager **Company:** Armitage Fence **Location:** Al\-Shuhada Street, Sharq, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,800 per month** Job Summary Armitage Fence is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Industrial Engineering Manager** to join our team in Kuwait City. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, managing engineering projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce costs, maintain quality standards, and support the company's strategic growth objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering department and supervise engineering personnel. * Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. * Develop and execute Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems. * Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and labor utilization analysis. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain teams to improve operational performance. * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and engineering documentation. * Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management. * Manage engineering projects, including equipment installation, automation, and facility improvements. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Manage departmental budgets, project timelines, and engineering resources. * Mentor and develop engineering staff while promoting innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum of **5–8 years** of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process optimization, and production planning. * Experience with ERP systems, CAD software, Microsoft Excel, and manufacturing performance analysis. * Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are an advantage. * Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and project management abilities.
