Implementation Engineer / Project Coordinator

• Support Project Manager in executing telecom and IT/ICT projects end-to-end • Prepare and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, milestone trackers, and activity trackers • Coordinate site readiness, equipment delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning • Manage UAT/SAT, cutovers, rollback arrangements, and post-implementation validation • Track project progress; prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and management updates • Maintain project documentation — MOMs, risk/issue registers, action trackers, change trackers, and closure trackers • Act as coordination point between Project Manager, customer, vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors • Coordinate project closure, as-built documentation, customer acceptance, and handover • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or Computer Science • 4–6 years of experience in telecom/ICT project implementation or coordination • Exposure to LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Wireless projects preferred • Experience with telecom operators, system integrators, or ICT service providers preferred • Qatar/Gulf market experience is an advantage • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams; MS Project preferred • Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to manage multiple parallel activities under deadlines
