Immigration Sales Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Immigration Manager / Team Lead (Sales) to join our Immigration Sales team in Ajman . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling clients about immigration programs (Canada, Australia and Germany), and closing sales. You will play a key role in growing our client base and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, references, digital channels, and events. • Conduct face-to-face/telephonic/online counselling sessions for immigration programs (PR, study visas, work permits). • Convert leads to clients by delivering persuasive consultations. • Ensure monthly sales targets • Ensure client data is accurately maintained in CRM systems. • Follow up consistently with interested clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. • Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding leads, follow-ups, and closures. • Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.
