IMMEDIATE HIRING | PLANNING & SCHEDULING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a **Planning \& Scheduling Specialist** with strong experience in building construction projects to join our team on an immediate hiring basis. Candidate Requirements * **3–7 years** of relevant experience in construction planning * Experience specifically in **Villa or High\-Rise Building Projects** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering or Construction Management** * Good command of **English and Hindi** * Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred Job Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and update **baseline schedules, WBS and master construction programs** * Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor planned vs. actual progress * Apply **Critical Path Method (CPM)** to identify critical activities and potential delays * Monitor site progress and prepare **daily, weekly and monthly progress reports** * Analyze schedule variances and support **delay and recovery planning** * Coordinate planning activities with site teams, subcontractors and procurement teams * Monitor **material procurement lead times** and subcontractor progress * Assist in resource loading, leveling and productivity monitoring * Support project performance monitoring through **EVM, S\-curves and productivity analysis** * Provide planning support for **EOT and claims** in accordance with contract requirements, including FIDIC * Review and interpret **Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings** for scheduling purposes Technical Skills Advanced / working knowledge of **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project** Advanced **MS Excel** skills – dashboards, tracking and S\-curves Good knowledge of MS Word \& PowerPoint Strong understanding of construction sequencing and execution methodologies Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV.
