What s in it for you: • Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide • Learning programs through our Academies • Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world • Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities What you will be doing: • Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the hotel. • Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, food outlets, storage areas, and staff cafeteria. • Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and applicable food safety regulations. • Monitor food storage, labeling, temperature control, expiry dates, and food handling practices. • Identify hygiene risks and follow up with departments on corrective actions. • Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and pest control procedures. • Maintain accurate hygiene inspection reports and related documentation. • Provide hygiene awareness and food safety guidance to Heartists. • Assist with internal and external hygiene audits and inspections. • Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain the hotel's hygiene standards.Company Description Your experience and skills include: • Certificate or qualification in Food Safety, Hygiene, or a related field. • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset. • Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards. • Strong attention to detail and observation skills. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments. • Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
