HSE Officer

Responsible for monitoring and implementing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements at the project/site and ensuring safe working practices. Conduct daily site safety inspections. Ensure workers follow HSE procedures and use proper PPE. Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Assist in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, hot work, lifting, excavation, and confined space work. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Safety/HSE qualification. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
