HSE Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or relevant discipline. • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification. • IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is preferred. • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience. • Data Centre project experience, particularly construction/MEP, is preferred/required as per project needs. • Knowledge of PTW, risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily site activities for HSE compliance. • Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. • Coordinate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness programs. • Review risk assessments and method statements. • Monitor permit-to-work compliance. • Report and investigate incidents and near misses. • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, and statistics. .
