Job description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to oversee all human resources functions, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance within a real estate organization for our Oman branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Develop HR policies and procedures.
* Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
* Oversee performance management.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws.
* Coordinate payroll, leave, and employee records.
* Support organizational development initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* **Minimum 8 years of HR experience.**
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
Work Location: In person
